To set up an appointment, you can call us at (785) 842 - PEAK (7325). We are happy to answer questions ahead of time. If you are unable to reach us immediately because we are with patients or out of the office, please leave a detailed voicemail and we will get back to you as soon as possible.


Your first appointment will last approximately one hour and will include a full exam, current diagnosis, plan of action, treatment (adjustments, soft tissue, etc.) and any necessary take home stretches or exercises. Our goal is to have you feeling better as quickly as possible.


Follow-up appointments are scheduled for 15-30 minutes depending on the services provided.


Once your appointment is scheduled, you will receive an email to setup your account and complete the New Patient Intake forms online. Please have the intake forms completed prior to your appointment to allow for a smooth first visit. If you are not able to fill out the intake forms before your appointment, please arrive 15 minutes early and you can fill out the forms in the office.


For your visit we ask that you wear comfortable clothing that is non-restrictive like shorts and a t-shirt or something you would wear to the gym.


Payment is due at time of visit. We accept cash, check ($40 fee for returned checks), credit cards, health savings accounts, and flex spending accounts. An itemized receipt (superbill) can be given for any out-of-network services provided.


If you need to cancel an appointment, please give us 24 hours notice. If notice is not given within 24 hours, or you do not call or show up for your scheduled appointment, you will be charged $50. If you are more than 15 minutes late, your doctor cannot guarantee treatment and has the right to reschedule you.
